Our core mission has always been to make life easier for rental property owners and to find happy, responsible tenants for their homes.
Since opening our doors, we've spent the last 25 years building lasting relationships with our clients and wider North Auckland community. Some of the properties we manage have been with us for over two decades, and many of our clients have trusted us for ten years or more – which speaks volumes about the personal, professional service we’re proud to deliver.
Our friendly team receive comprehensive training and have support systems in place, which has always resulted in a low turnover. This translates into stability for our clients, transparency around our operations, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Monique Verkade
Property Manager
Monique has successfully set up and run four businesses in NZ over the last 20 years. She also has personal experience as a Landlord and has also received her NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management. Monique brings her dedication, attention to detail and resilient personality to the Brolly team.
Grace Alejo
Property Manager
Grace draws on her wealth of experience in customer service in her role as property managerat Brolly. She has an eye for detail and a knack for managing multiple tasks with ease.Her focus on delivering great service is a real asset to our clients, and she also holds a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management
